Withdrawal Policy
Students must drop classes they don鈥檛 plan to attend. Drops before the census date may qualify for a refund; after that, a 鈥淲鈥� appears on your record. Failure to drop may result in an 鈥淔W鈥� grade. Check the Academic Calendar for deadlines.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
To keep your financial aid, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards, including a 2.0 GPA and completing at least 67% of your attempted units. These rules apply even if you didn鈥檛 receive aid in a given semester.
Student Loans
Federal student loans are available but not automatically offered. To apply, you must submit a Loan Packet to your college鈥檚 Financial Aid Office. Borrow only what you need鈥攗nderstand the long-term impact and make a plan to borrow responsibly.
