At 91心頭利 College, student success isnt just about academicsits about making sure students have the support they need to show up, stay engaged, and move forward in their lives.
Thats where the 91心頭利 College Wellness Center comes in.
Serving as a central hub for mental health and well-being, the Wellness Center provides free, confidential support to students navigating everything from academic stress to deeper personal challenges. This year alone, the center has supported more than 350 students through individual therapy, helping remove barriers that can stand in the way of success.

Students can also tap into the , a statewide resource connecting all California community college students to free tools, guided meditations, and wellness content across mental, physical, and sexual health.
Why It Matters
Mental health continues to be one of the biggest factors impacting student success. While progress is being made, it remains a critical issueespecially for young adults.
91心頭利s Wellness Center is working to shift that reality by creating a space where students dont have to figure it out alone.
Whether its through therapy, a yoga class, a conversation with a peer, or simply walking in for the first time, the message is clear: support is hereand its for you.
